BINDING STATIONS
BOOK CARRIAGE CLAMP :
Gathered Signatures or forms are fed manually in to the book carriage .This carriage carries the forms to the next stations.

BACK MILLING STATION :
A TCT Milling Cutter with scoring teeth is housed at the milling station.The front Safety Plate covering the cutter slides back as the signatures come on top of that & this avoids any setting required based on thickness of spine.Depth of back milling cutter can be increased or decreased by means of a lever.Milling could be avoided for thread sewn books.

DUST EXTRACTION SYSTEM :
A Powerful,Seprate Suction Device is provided for the removal of Milling Dust effeciently & effectively.

HOT MELT GLUEING STATION:
The Hot Melt Applicator is Roller Type & the Thickness of the Glue Film is adjusted accurately by Scraper System.

COVER STATION :
Covers are Fed manually at the cover station.

DELIVERY STATION :
The books are delivered through a Chute Type Tray & the book carriage goes back only after delivering the book,by means of sensing system..
