CNC CONTROL :
The machine is provided with a built in program having 99 programes and 99 cuts in each programe with total number of cut memory 1500 cuts.To built program is very easy and users friendly.The Complete operating Book with guidelines is provided with the machine,however if you need to read it before purchasing the machine, please e mail us,we will send pdf file attatchment.

OPERATION :
The machine is operated all throgh ELECTRIC PUSH BUTTONS OR THROGH CNC & transmission of power is through Electro-Magnetic Clutch and brake system.

TWO HANDED CUTTING CYCLE SWITCH :
To make cut, you must press both cutting buttons simultaneously till the knife starts. If either one is released or both is released the machine stops immediately.

DOUBLE STROKE PREVENTION :
The machine is provided with a unique safety device that prevents double knife strokes, means pressing of both cutting buttons continuously will not allow the knife to come down unless & until it is released & pressed again.

PHOTO ELECTRIC SAFETY GUARD :
The photo electric transmitter receiver sensors are used for safety measures . If anything obstructs the infra red beams, the knife stops immediately. The positive drive of the machine ensures that when the knife is moving up after cutting the stock it stops only at its desired position.
