To make good looks,the main frame of castings of machine is designed to work as main stand of machine and hydraulic oil tank. The filters ,main hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic oil delivery pump is concealed in this main part.

The machine is provided with a unique MANIFOLD device & all the hydraulic operating valves are directly fitted over the manifold itself.All the pipe fitting is eliminated by use of manifold.Pipe fitting is major cause of oil leakage.

Low Pressure, when the clamp is used to help align the stock, it is operated by a foot pedal & cutting line is checked while the pressure remains low.

After checking at low pressure when we press the two electric push buttons to make a cut high hydraulic pressure sets down on the paper stock to grip it for cutting accurately.

The machine is provided with a unique Air Table for easy and friction free movement of paper stock placed over table while cutting.

The machine is provided with a built in program having 99 programes and 99 cuts in each programe with total number of cut memory 1500 cuts.To built program is very easy and users friendly.

The machine is operated all throgh ELECTRIC PUSH BUTTONS OR THROGH PROGRAMME & transmission of power is through Electro-Magnetic Clutch and brake system.

The machine is provided with a unique oil dipped REDUCTION GEAR BOX for noiseless running with long life.

To make cut, you must press both cutting buttons simultaneously till the knife starts. If either one is released or both is released the machine stops immediately.

The machine is provided with a unique safety device that prevents double knife strokes, means pressing of both cutting buttons continuously will not allow the knife to come down unless & until it is released & pressed again.

The photo electric transmitter receiver sensors are used for safety measures . If anything obstructs the infra red beams, the knife stops immediately. The positive drive of the machine ensures that when the knife is moving up after cutting the stock it stops only at its desired position.

The machine is provided with shear bolts that guards against over loads, they provides full protection on each cut.

The cast iron frame has been reinforced for extra strength. It's sturdy.design eliminates all risks of vibration & excessive strain.

The smooth cutting cycle is fast & accurate, even when you're cutting hard material or high stock. Moreover, the knife drive & clamp are dimensioned for heavy duty. Since the drive mechanism runs in an oil bath, lubrication is limited to a single oil change per year, thus reducing maintenance cost.

The fast cutting stroke is very accurate, to the knife carrier guides. All sliding surfaces have been precisely ground, guarantee of dependable precision & long service life.

High pressure ..... Hydraulics are used for precise, automatic clamping. The clamp starts gently & sets dawn softly on the stock. After contact has been established, the clamping pressure is increased automatically to the preset value, avoiding any distortion of the stock.

.... And low pressure, when the clamp is used to help align the stack, it is operated by a foot pedal & clamping pressure adjusted to 40 Kg. approximately to protect the operator.

The back gauge which moves smoothly is guided precisely on a coloumn & side plates length up to knife carrier ensures a right angle cut even at the smaller length of the stock. The hand wheel mechanism provides comfort to the operator for the fine edjustments of the cutting marks,when working in manual mode of programe.

Simple & safe knife change, knife guides provided with the machine, helps removing of the knife easily avoiding any danger to the operator & provision of hand switch locks the mains motor running while process is carried out, avoiding any chances of accidents.
